Delivery Times

• Germany: 2–5 business days
• EU: 3–8 business days
  
• International deliveries: 7–14 business days

Delivery time begins after receipt of payment.

Shipping Costs

• Free shipping within Germany for orders over €99
• For orders under €99, shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.

We ship our orders with DHL and Deutsche Post. For international deliveries, we work with reliable shipping partners.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. After shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Delivery time begins with the shipment of your order.

International Orders

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or fees may apply. These are levied by the responsible authorities of the respective destination country and are to be borne by the buyer. Please inform yourself about the applicable import regulations of your country before placing your order.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
